Co-Curriculum Activities

The purpose of education is the all round development of the students. We believe it, that for this development the students should have scope of creativity in their school life. We encourage this with the following works.

• To encourage the students in creative writing

1. Different classes publish wall magazine regularly.
2. ‘Pragna’ the school Magazines is published regularly.
3. Inter class competitions of essay writing are arranged regularly

• To encourage the students in game and sports.

1. There are arrangements of regular physical exercise, football & cricket coaching.
2. Annual athletics meet, inter class football and cricket competition are arranged every year.
3. Our students participate in different district and state level competition organized by other institution and secure position.

• To encourage the student’s cultural activities.
  Through out the whole year, the students and teachers jointly organize different cultural programmes such as, Rabindra Jayanti, Nabin Baran, Sharodotsav, Inter Class competition (debate, extempore speech, story telling, song, recitation, and drama etc.)

• To encourage the students in gardening.
  As there is no suitable place for gardening, the students with the help of the teacher have made beautiful roof-gardens.

• To encourage the students knowing the world outside the text-books.
  We organize seminars on a regular basis, where eminent personalities talk to our yangsters on different subjects.
